Despite all of the confidence one should have from such popularity, JMV found himself losing his hair, along with thinning in the crown area, and was not happy. His plasma is separated and mixed with A-cells to create PRP, or Platelet Rich Plasma, which will be injected into the surgical site. This speeds the healing process and promotes a healthy environment for hair growth.

During the whole procedure JMV is awake and very comfortable as the technicians take the grafts and meticulously place each hair. In total, about 8,000 hairs are placed. Mixed with the PRP, scarring is minimal and barely visible.
